Returns / Refund Policy
Because we understand that sometimes you may order the incorrect size or style Circle L Australia will gladly accept your returns for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days of purchase.
Any merchandise returned for replacement, credit or refund must be in as-new condition with tags and packaging intact, the item must also be unwashed and unworn.
All refunds will require proof of purchase/receipt as well as the goods being in as new condition, unworn and unwashed.
Afterpay will direct all inquiries from customers, regarding Return of goods, to Circle L Australia.
For security purposes, Afterpay is unable to issue a refund to a customer on behalf of Circle L Australia.
Circle L Australia will collect a 7% processing fee for any AfterPay Refunds, Partial Refunds, or Cancellations.
Afterpay will only process refunds following the instructions by Circle L Australia through the issue of a refund request.
Afterpay will determine how to apply the refund to the customer’s order and adjust the customers’ payment schedule accordingly to reflect the refund issued
Afterpay will process amounts back to the customer’s card in the instances where the customer has made payments to Afterpay already.
An email will be sent from Afterpay to the customer to confirm the refund has been processed and communicate the changes to the customer’s payment schedule.
Afterpay Merchant processing fees are non-refundable in the event of a refund.
Once a refund has been issued, Afterpay is not able to reverse or change this action.
Circle L Australia will collect a 7% processing fee for any AfterPay Refunds.
Zip Pay will direct all inquiries from customers, regarding Return of goods, to Circle L Australia to process a refund.
Per their policy Zip Pay is unable to issue a refund to a customer on behalf of Circle L Australia.
Zip Pay merchant processing fees are non refundable in the event of a refund.
Circle L Australia will collect a 7% processing fee for any Zip Pay Refunds, Partial Refunds, or Cancellations.
